COTA | Occupational Therapy
Daisy is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant here at Littlefield. She graduated from California State University San Marcos with her bachelor’s in Kinesiology and then pursued Occupational Therapy, graduating from St. Catherine University. She has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients however fell in love with pediatrics. Daisy continues to work with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, sensory processing disorders, Autism, and much more using evidence-based practice. This includes interventions such as visual and fine motor integration, self-regulation, and activities of daily living (ADL) in order to assist children in meeting their milestones and becoming independent in their daily tasks. She continues to learn more about pediatrics and has plans to obtain certifications geared toward assisting children with oral motor and feeding challenges.
In her free time, Daisy enjoys road trips with her husband, attending baseball games, and walking her chihuahua named Puma.
