Karisa is our Clinical Facilitator and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Littlefield. She graduated from the University of Arizona with her bachelor’s degree in communications and then pursued a career in occupational therapy, graduating from St. Catherine University. Karisa has a background in ABA, working with children of all ages. Upon graduating, she knew she wanted to make a difference in children’s lives and found Littlefield PT in her hometown, making it the perfect fit. Karisa loves connecting with families and helping children grow to their greatest potential. Karisa has a passion for feeding therapy and is SOS feeding certified. She also is passionate about Hippotherapy and is in the process of receiving her certification in hopes of incorporating it into her treatment sessions in the future. In her free time, Karisa likes to spend time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys being outdoors, going to the beach, and horseback riding.
