Stephanie Paciotti, OTR/L
Stephanie Paciotti received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Vanguard University and her Masters of Occupational Therapy at Loma Linda University. She is licensed through the State of California Occupational Therapy Board. While attending Loma Linda, Stephanie focused her studies on pediatrics and was given the opportunity to grow as a pediatric therapist. Stephanie has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient, early intervention within the home for children 0-3 years old, and school based occupational therapy. Stephanie has been a part of the Littlefield family since 2011 and loves working as a team to support the kids and families of the Littlefield community. She has attended professional development courses in the area of pediatric feeding, sensory integration, autism/aspergers/ ADHD, visual deficits, s’cool moves, therapeutic listening and handwriting without tears.
Nicole Soro, OTR/L
Nikki received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University and her Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine San Marcos. She is certified in Neuro-developmental Treatments and has worked in the pediatric and geriatric population. She is an Indiana native, but has lived in California, Oregon, and Nevada since her move from the midwest in 2011. She is married to a chef (who never cooks at home) and has two children age 2 and 1. She loves to lift weights and enjoys anything active outside with her family.
Elena Townsend, COTA
Elena is a SoCal native, born in Poway, CA and transplanted to Temecula before high school. Prior to joining the Littlefield team she worked for the Temecula School District for 10 years as an instructional assistant as well as an ABA tutor for a private agency. She graduated from Stanbridge College as a COTA in 2016. In her free time, Elena loves going to the movies, being an amateur foodie, traveling and all things Disney. She has been blessed to have traveled the world a bit and her favorite place so far has been Italy. Her favorite thing about being a COTA is seeing how much our patients grow and develop their independence.
Wakida Strickland, COTA
Wakeda (aka Keda) is an energetic, resourceful, innovator, and problem solver with over 15 years of working with kids who have delays and disabilities. She received her Bachelors of Exercise and Sports Science @ University of North Carolina (2004) and her Associates of Applied Science (2014) for Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley in Kansas City, MO. She has a background of school-based and clinical-based occupational therapy. Born and raised in NC, Keda became a CA resident in 2015. She is married to her husband, Ray and have 2 beautiful boys. Keda loves laughing, playing volleyball, candy crush, & having fun with her family. She has been with Littlefield since September 2017.
Katie McCann, COTA
Katie is a licensed & certified Occupati onal Therapy Assistant. Katie obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Mississippi State University in May of 2015. She received her Associates of Occupational Therapy at Itawamba Community College of Tupelo, MS in 2017. Katie is originally from Alabama. She moved to our area in September, 2017. Katie is married & has a dog named, BJ. She has work experience with pediatrics within the school system and as a volunteer at a pre-school for kids with disabilities. Katie loves helping kids accomplish new tasks whether that be learning to write their name or tying their shoes. Seeing her kids move forward continues to inspire her to a make a positive difference in her kids’ lives.
